1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account link, mapping data pipelines, utilizing custom CyberPanel dashboard controls, or deploying source code repositories via Mahaweb Technologies Private Limited ("Mahaweb", "we", "us", or "our"), you execute an unbreakable bound legal contract agreeing to adhere to all regulatory parameters detailed inside these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these structural execution terms, our automated configuration pipeline will deny infrastructure instance creation requests immediately.

2. Account Responsibility & Infrastructure Usage

When provisioning isolated container workspaces over our cloud layers, developers and enterprise clients affirm that:

• You are strictly responsible for preserving the confidentiality of assigned panel tokens and CyberPanel administrative access codes.
• You retain full operational liability for all process executions, script queries, and data uploads originating inside your assigned isolated compute instance.
• You will provide completely authentic parameter inputs (names, emails, billing codes) straight to our contact and registration interfaces.

3. Strict Acceptable Use Restrictions

Mahaweb operates high-speed public cloud nodes meant for clean staging and scalable production web systems. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on server cluster exploitation. You explicitly agree **NOT** to utilize our PaaS workspace pipelines to host, run, or propagate:

• Malicious execution packages, viruses, ransomware blocks, torrent trackers, or crypto-mining scripts that force overhead computational stress on public cloud clusters.
• Hacking scripts, phishing templates, continuous brute-force algorithms, or unauthorized network scanning ports.
• Any automated data processes that systematically breach copyright protocols or local kanooni guidelines across Indian or international bounds.

[MONITORING NOTICE] Our autonomous SecOps systems continually scan server request loops. If a violation is flagged, Mahaweb retains the absolute right to freeze instances, isolate file directories, and wipe database access points instantly without any pre-notice.

4. Financial Terms, Pricing Tiers & Renewals

All multi-cloud commercial solutions (Developer Core, Scale Startup, Agentic Enterprise) run on flexible, non-refundable rolling month-to-month subscription streams. Fees are billed autonomously on your renewal date based on the parameter package select model.

Failure to settle overdue ledger dues within a 7-day grace window will trigger automated system suspensions. While our embedded FinOps AI limits background cost waste, storage snapshot persistence blocks require resource upkeep; hence, suspended instances are completely purged from storage nodes after 30 consecutive days of payment default.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties Disclaimer

MAHAWEB TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES COMPUTE SPACES ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" SYSTEM ORIENTATION CORE.

While we run fully automated snapshot backups every single day and enforce strict multi-region redundancy across Google Cloud and AWS nodes, we issue zero legal warranties that operations will remain perfectly error-free indefinitely. Mahaweb, its technical team, or its infrastructure partners shall **NOT be held liable for any data corruptions, temporary server downs, revenue drops, or client-side business loss discrepancies** arising out of software runtime exceptions.

6. Code & Intellectual Property Sovereignty

You retain absolute 100% ownership and legal copyright over all source code files, custom scripts, content databases, and operational data packages synced onto our infrastructure workspaces. Mahaweb receives zero processing claims over your proprietary frameworks.

Conversely, all core UI modules, design panels, automation scripts (Terraform models, cost scaling code architectures), and corporate product properties (including Blogmize.ai structures) remain strictly under the intellectual property rights of Mahaweb Technologies.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These corporate service structures and legal terms are governed fully by the laws of India. Any legal dispute lines, infrastructure claims, or contractual challenges arising between users and our platform shall fall strictly under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located inside **Pune, Maharashtra, India**.
